Privacy Policy
How Tire City handles the information you send through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and your message and any photo you attach.
Why we collect it
So Tire City can get back to you about your enquiry. That is the only reason.
Who can see it
Tire City, and ATS, which operates this website and its contact form on the business’s behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and keep an ordinary record. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by calling (423) 622-0222.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do count page views so the business owner can see how many people visited. That count involves no cookies, no other company, and nothing that identifies you — only which page was viewed, roughly what size screen it was viewed on, and which site you arrived from. That count runs whatever you choose below, because it stores nothing on your device.
The map on our about and contact pages is loaded from Google, and Google sets its own cookie (called NID) when the map loads. That cookie belongs to Google and is covered by Google’s privacy policy; we do not read it and it tells us nothing about you. If you would rather not load it, the address and the “Open in Google Maps” link work without the map. If this business ever runs advertising, any analytics or advertising tags would load only after you allow them, and never before; you can change that choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
